# 1  Repair Drop-off and Pick-up process

  1. Call in advance and set a time for drop-off or
  2. Ring the doorbell for immediate service
  3. Please provide the following information, attached to your bicycle.
    • You first and last name
    • Contact phone number and email
    • List of concerns with the bike or requests for accessories to add
  4. When you arrive
    • Call or ring the doorbell after you leave your bicycle in the designated bike rack
    • Return to your vehicle and someone will bring your bike inside
  5. Before we begin 
    • We will assess your repair and review your attached notes
    • A call and/or email with our recommendations will be made. We will explain options and answer any questions you have
    • One of our technicians will schedule your repair and have it completed within 2 business days, unless special order parts are required
  6. Repair Completed
    • Once your repair is completed, we will notify you via email and/or text with the total
    • You will provide payment via Etransfer (preferred) or Credit Card (See process below)
    • If payment is by Credit Card         
      • Call us to provide the credit card information and postal code associated with the card being used
      • When picking up, call or ring the doorbell, show the card used & matching picture ID, both presented at the storefront window
      • Allow at least the recommended safe distance (2 M) for the associate to bring your completed repair to the provide bike rack for pick-up
      • All parts replaced will be recycled unless you request they be returned
  7. Service Warranty
    • We recommend you test ride your bicycle before taking it home
    • If you have any questions or concerns, we will be happy to address them immediately
    • Your repair comes with our 30-day service warranty

# 2  New Bicycle Purchase 

  1. With some understanding and patience, we can get you on a bike today!

  3. We will walk you through a series of questions to determine the best category of bike, size of bike and accessories needed to make your experience all and more than you expect
  4. Example questions
    • Do you currently have a bicycle? 
    • What do you like and dislike about that bike?
    • Have you done any research? If so, what direction are you considering in a new bike?
    • Where do you plan on riding your new bike? 
    • How often do you plan to ride?
    • How tall are you and what is your inseam measurement?
  5. These initial questions will help us to make some recommendations and present you with some options
  6. Once all your questions are answer and the choices have been narrowed to a decision, we require a minimum 50% deposit which you can make via Etransfer to trekbikes@rogers.com.
  7. We will then prepare your new bicycle with any accessories for pick-up. If a special order is required, please allow 5 business days for delivery and an additional day for proper assembly. 
  8. Bike is ready for pick-up
    • Once your new bike is completed, we will notify you via email and/or text with the balance due and set a time for you to pick-up
    • You can provide payment via Etransfer (preferred) or Credit Card (See process below)
    • If payment is by Credit Card         
      • Call us to provide the credit card information and postal code associated with the card being used
      • When picking up, call or ring the doorbell, show the card used & matching picture ID, both presented at the storefront window
      • Allow at least the recommended safe distance (2 M) for the associate to bring your new bicycle to the provide bike rack for pick-up
  9. Your bike can be picked up from the bicycle rack, along with an owner’s manual and your service and warranty information at the bike rack at the storefront
  10. We are here to answer any questions and provide after service using our repair drop-off process

# 3  On-line Purchases & Special Orders 

  1. With some understanding and patience, we can get you that accessory or part, when in stock, today!
  2. The best way is to visit our website: www.trekbikesmississauga.com and start shopping, or
  3. Call us at 905-997-8735 or email at trekbikes@rogers.com to confirm availability or special order what you’re looking for
  4. We will take the time to answer your questions and get what your after
  5. Once you have made your decision, we require payment in full, which you can make via Etransfer to trekbikes@rogers.com or credit card payment (process below)
  6. We will then prepare your order for pick-up. If a special order is required, please allow 5 business days for delivery to the shop, we will notify you when your order is ready for pick up 
  7. If payment is by Credit Card         
    • Call us to provide the credit card information and postal code associated with the card being used
    • When picking up, call or ring the doorbell, show the card used & matching picture ID, both presented at the storefront window
    • Allow at least the recommended safe distance (2 M) for the associate to bring your part or accessory to the pick up area outside the door
