COVID-19 Update as of May 18, 2020

Our primary goal is the safety of our valued guests and our team members.  Limiting the number of entries into Trek Bicycle Store Mississauga is the best way to reduce the possibility of contracting COVID19.  We hope this will change soon but for now this is our process.

1. In Store – We will only be accepting customers who are ready to purchase, there will be NO BROWSING at this time

Please Read Below before you request entrance

  • If you have done your research and have narrowed your choices or if you know what it is you are looking to purchase, we are ready to accept you into Trek Bicycle Store Mississauga (TBSM)
  • If you have had any change in your health over the past 4 days or if you have encountered anyone who has contracted COVID19, we ask that you do not enter TBSM. If you are coughing or sneezing, we will not allow entrance into TBSM
  • We must insist that we practice “Social Distancing” while you are in TBSM (Minimum 6’ or 2 meters apart at all times), and under no circumstances can an individual use our restroom facilities
  • Every guest of TBSM must sanitize their hands before entering (We will provide an alcohol spray or hand sanitizer, and we ask that you not touch anything without permission, so we can keep track of what has been touched and sanitize after your visit
  • There will be a Maximum 15 minutes to ask any questions, and make your purchase decision
  • Lastly, we are limiting the number of people entering TBSM at a 1:1 ratio. This means, if you are wanting to enter with a friend or relative, unless they too are looking to purchase, they will have to wait outside TBSM
  • Enter the store and move in a counterclockwise direction (right side first, towards back of store, make your way towards the cash wrap, exit store.

2. Online – We have a website that can be browsed from your hand-held device or computer. www.trekbikesmississauga.com using this tool will allow you to make all your purchases. 

  • If you prefer limited or no contact this is your best option
  • For NO CONTACT use our website to chose your purchases, call us to place your order and pay using E transfer to trekbikes@rogers.com. When your order is ready and you have been notified, drop by TBSM, call the shop and someone will gather your purchase and leave it for you to pickup. If you prefer, ask us to place your order in your trunk and we would be happy to it there while you stay in your vehicle
  • For LIMITED CONTACT use our website to chose and purchase your items online and pay using Master Card or VISA. We will have to verify your credit card, and drivers license match the individual who has arrived for curbside pickup. We will not be able to release an order to an individual who was not the purchaser online.
  • Curbside – This option is available to anyone not wanting to enter TBSM or understands that an instore visit is not necessary. Again, there is NO BROWSING
    1. Call us with your order and payment or E transfer your payment, we will gather your order quickly and have it ready as soon as possible for you to pickup outside
    2. Curbside pickup is available up to 30 minutes prior to closing (see hours on website)
  • Test Rides? – Due to the complexity of this process and limited staff, we will not be offering test rides at this time.

3. Bicycle Service – If you are new to TBSM please call our Tech Shop 905-997-8735 and have a service advisor enter your information into our database. Explain the issue or issues you need addressed. Bring your bike to TBSM and park it in the bike rack out front. Call or ring the doorbell and an adviser will come out to bring your bike in and book it for repair. (We recommend tape your full name and phone number to your bike) Once your bike has been assessed you will be contacted with recommended service and a ready to pick up date. Please allow a minimum of two business days for your repair to be completed (If special order parts are required, expect up to one week)
