48-hour service commitment
More than one day without your bike is too long. Our skilled technicians will service your bike within 24-48 hours. We take care of our family.
Get exactly what you want
Even if we do not have it — We’re here to help you love cycling. If your heart is set on a bike, accessory, or piece of apparel that we do not carry or have in stock, we will order it for you, and get it here quickly.
Have a warranty issue?
We’ll make it right, regardless of where you made the purchase. If you have a Trek, Bontrager or Electra warranty issue, we’ll take care of you.
Service after you purchase?
We take the extra time to assemble your new bicycle correctly. Once you ride your new bike, cables and other components may require some fine tuning. Bring it in and we’ll adjust your bikes gears and brakes so it’s riding safely. Available on all new bicycles for 3 months from the date of purchase (see staff for details) plus one full Level 1 service before the end of your first 12 months of ownership
