REPAIR SERVICES
- For liability reasons some exemptions apply (please read below)
- We are currently accepting most "bike-shop" quality bicycles for repair
- We do not service most "department store bicycles", please see Tech Shop for exceptions
- Flat tire repairs are accepted for most bicycles, please see Tech Shop for exceptions
- Flat tire repairs are not accepted on E-bikes from "department stores" or "on-line vendors"
All rates are based on a shop rate of $90/hour. Minimum shop charge $15

Tune Ups
Level 1 – $129.99 ($179.99 Value) *
This service provides your bike with the periodic maintenance recommended
by the owner's manual. We will service your bike's vital systems. Including;
- Adjust and lubricate shifting system
- Adjust and lubricate braking system
- Adjust bearings in hubs, headset and bottom bracket
- Minor wheel truing and tensioning
- Inspect all components for safety
- Wipe down bicycle
- Does not include ultrasonic drivetrain cleaning
- Additional parts & accessories installation extra

Important Notes:
Bicycles requiring a quote for service will be charged $40. This fee will be credited towards the repair, after a repair has been completed within 30 days of the quote.

The labor prices listed are estimates and are not firm prices. They are guidelines to probable costs based on our experience. Due to unforeseen challenges or complexities that may occur, additional parts may be required to complete the repair. We will always contact you if additional parts or work is required. You do have the option to provide us with a maximum allowance to work within, if something unforeseen occurs.
All repairs must be picked up within 7 days of completion or a storage fee of $5/day will be added to your invoice. Any repairs left for longer than 2 months will be sold to cover the cost of the work completed.
